Newest Family Additions

I guess I'm nesting.... cuz these fuzzy little girls were too much to pass up when they showed up at the clinic without a home. The white one is Sapphire, and the black & white one is Scarlet. Sundae doesn't like them too much at this point, but hopefully she'll come around.

The Next Check-up

This time at the doctor's office was much more fun. The baby is much more developed at 12 weeks, and we got to see arms and legs and check measurements of the spinal canal to make sure everything is ok. So far, so good.



We also confirmed the alien status of the baby (since Bryan hails from Roswell, NM).... Yep, looks like an alien to me! :-)

We're Pregnant!

We found out on September 7th... we're going to have a baby. This is the first ultrasound picture, at 9 weeks. We called it our "little peanut with a heartbeat." Hopefully the name "Peanut" has since been erased from "its" memory.
